The Estates of Cowan Creek is the oldest of these 2 neighborhoods and the last one constructed by the Del Webb Company.   Although there are only 28 homes, this neighborhood took 3-1/2 years to complete.   The west side of the neighborhood borders Cowan Creek just before it flows into Berry Creek.   Homes are located on large flowing lots throughout and there are 2 gazebos - one at each end of the neighborhood.

There are many neighborhood events including the annual Labor Day Tube Steak Roast, monthly morning Coffee's, Bible studies and other special get-togethers.
