Skyline Estates (Neighborhood 16C) is one of the custom sections in Sun City.   Three builders were selected by Pulte to do construction in this area (Tim W.   Long Custom Homes, Hunnicutt Custom Homes, and Richmond Construction).   All plans were submitted to the CA for approval.   Our neighborhood consists of Orion Road, Venus Lane, and Stardust Lane.   There will be 26 homes in our area when all the construction is finished.   All but one lot has a home or an under-construction home on it.

Our neighborhood is graced with a lovely pond and White Wing No.1 and No.8 and 9.

We come from all parts of the country but have bonded into a great melting pot.   We have dinners once a month, golf every 2nd Sunday, a canasta group and are forming a bridge group.   Our project to give back to the community is to sponsor children at an AIDS camp during the summer.   We meet every second Monday and provide clothing and financial support for these very ill children.   This will be an ongoing project for other holidays for the children.
