As Neighborhood Representative, I'd like to welcome you to Neighborhood 8/11. The neighborhood has recently adopted the slogan "Deep in the Heart of Sun City" because of its close proximity to Sun City resources and because it has a big Heart. The slogan was chosen by residents from among 9 that were suggested by the residents themselves.

The neighborhood, located equidistant between Legacy Hills and White Wing Golf courses, is also conveniently located near the CA office and all nearby amenities. It makes the neighborhood a great place in which to locate. There are 269 homes located on Barn Dance Cove, Branding Iron Cove, Camp Drive, Great Frontier Drive, Harness Lane, Larkspur Lane, Longhorn Trail, Ranch House Cove, Rodeo Drive, Saddle Trail, Stockman Trail or Verbena. Welcome to our world!
