Garden Heights (N30) was established in the summer of 2006 with completion in early spring 2007. There are 102 Landscaped Maintained homes in one of the newest areas of Sun City. Neighborhood 30 lies on the right-hand side of Sun City Blvd. as you travel north beyond White Wing Golf Course.   Access is from either Fieldstone Drive or Breezeway Lane.   The streets making up our neighborhood are Farm Hill Drive, Prairie Grass Lane, Sunnyside Bend, Butterfly Cove and the 500 & 600 blocks of Fieldstone Drive.   Click here to see us on the map.

Neighborhood 30 is surrounded by several greenbelts and many homes back up to White Wing holes #5 and #6. We have a very nice park in the center of our neighborhood where our busy and active residents have enjoyed many social gatherings. Several clubs and groups were organized in 2007 including: monthly dinner groups, morning coffees, men’s poker, golfing groups, monthly 'dessert and coffee' gatherings, game nights and many block potlucks.
