N25 Microsite

The entrance to Neighborhood 25 (N25) is located at Texas Drive and Summer Road. Click here for a map of neighborhood 25. From the corner of Del Webb and Texas Dr. proceed on Texas Dr. past the Fitness and Social Centers, Sun City Blvd. then to Summer Rd., approximately 0.7 mile.  

The CA has formed a Task Group to evaluate the Maintained Homes and their landscape maintenance.  Meetings are held each Friday at 10:00am in the Activities Center Meeting Rooms 3 & 4 during February.  A Town Hall meeting is planned for sometime in March.  Everyone is invited to attend any of these meetings and provide feedback.  Meeting minutes are on the Sun City Web Portal under Community Association, Governance, Task Forces.  Certain lawn care options are being considered in an effort to reduce/control costs and improve service. 

Next N25 Party - Walburg Oompah Music & Food restaurant on March 2, 2007 at 6:00PM.    Cost: $15 pp.  Get the money to your block captain (see list below) by February 28th.
