Neighborhood 14 is located just off Sun City Blvd. and Whispering Wind. Driving toward Hwy. 195, Neighborhood 14 can be found on your left off Sun City Blvd. past the Sun City fire station. The neighborhood consists of N14A (maintained homes) and N14B and was completed near the end of 2004.

Being a relatively newly developed neighborhood, we all are enjoying our new lives "in the country". The majority of N14 residents are involved in many clubs, as well as golfing, tennis and biking.

There are 202 homes in neighborhood 14.  The N-Rep is Dave Johnson, and the Alt. is Keith Miller.
