Neighborhood 13 (Sunset Ridge Village) is a large self-contained circular-shaped neighborhood located just off Sun City Boulevard, toward the Highway 195 entrance to Sun City. N13 is bounded by its main street, Rio Grande Loop. Tucked inside this loop, are four bisecting streets: Colorado River Road, San Antonio Road, Nueces Trail and Guadalupe Trail. Several coves sprout from these streets: Rio Concho Cove, Rio Leon Cove, Llano Cove and Blanco Cove. Navasota Circle curves around our own Navasota Park, scene of many outdoor gatherings. The current N13 Neighborhood Representative to the Community Association is WR Helge. Our Alternate Neighborhood Rep is Jay Baker. This capable duo presides over the following Block Captains:  Perry Focht, Phil Hines, Barbara Nelson, Bill Wertzberger, Inger Spieler, Pete Peterson, Kathy Murray and Nina Mougel.
