Our neighborhood combines three areas: Neighborhood 12A Located west of Del Webb Boulevard off Scissortail with 216 homes, Neighborhood 12B, the Casita area just west of the Del Webb entrance with 67 homes, and Neighborhood 37A, the small area on Trail of the Flowers west of Del Webb Boulevard with 14 homes. We have a total of 297 homes in our Neighborhood 12/37. Our current Neighborhood Representative is Clara McNamara, our Alternate Neighborhood Rep is Nancy Greathouse. We have eight block captains who are invaluable in disseminating information throughout our area and taking care of our neighbors needs.

As a group, Neighborhood 12/37 has limited social interaction to periodic group dinners. Perhaps because we are such a large section in Sun City, most of our social activities are centered in each of the eight block areas and in these groups we regularly have ladies coffees, men's luncheons, evening social hours, book clubs, covered dish dinners, bi-weekly bridge clubs, dinner and theater outings, golf groups and day trips to area attractions. We are a very caring area, and the welfare of each of our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.

Our Neighborhood has typical Sun City residents who are active in both the Sun City Community and the Georgetown Community, volunteering in governing, community welfare and social, political and cultural events and organizations. We enjoy the Sun City lifestyle to its fullest.
