Sun City Texas is divided into neighborhoods of 16-292 homes and is represented by a Neighborhood Representative Organization (NRO) . Each of these neighborhoods elects a representative and an alternate to one-year terms as a Neighborhood Representative. The official duties of these representatives are to distribute information about community matters to their residents; to inform Community Association staff, Board, and Governance Committees of their residents views and interests; and in some cases (e.g., maintained home neighborhoods) to represent their neighborhoods in decisions on service levels and fees.
