The Golf Committee is the interface between the Residents and the Community Association
Board. The Committee's objective is to promote policies and practices that enhance the
golfing experience of the residents consistent with efficient and economical operation of the
courses. The Committee is an advisory committee to the board and has no absolute authority,
which is reserved for the Community Association Board of Directors.
It is the desire of the committee to conduct open and rational discussion of issues which may
arise, and may include pro shop and maintenance operational practices, costs, pace of play, tee
time for formats, tee time assignments, and tournament policies. The Committee
may form subcommittees to perform fact finding of specific issues and to make recommendations to
the Committee.
The Committee meets on the second Monday of each month. Meetings are open to the
residents, and each meeting will have a question and answer period for residents.
There is an email link provided for residents to submit ideas and suggestions. These
emails will not be responded to individually, but if there is Committee support, it will become an
agenda item or be placed on the Idea/Suggestion Log. Obviously, if you have other residents'
support, their emails will advance your cause. |
