The Pavilion

 

 

This is an outdoor facility that is quite beautiful. The building is situated next to a very large pond and overlooks golfing greens.   A natural wood on three sides also surrounds it.   There are plenty of parking and bathroom facilities and drinking water is right at hand. A small area for children to play in is also there.    A large roof covers the building.

 

There are 12 picnic tables that seat 120 people (if additional seating is required you would have to rent chairs and or tables).   Set up is strictly your responsibility.   Picnic tables may be moved to the outer edge of the Pavilion but must not be taken OUT OF THE PAVILION, NOR PUT ON THE GRASS AREA. There is room for a band.

 

Decorations: You will be responsible for providing any decorations.    There are plenty of electrical plugs, a large moisture fan (for warm or hot days) and large fireplace for your use (during the cold months and you will need to bring your own firewood).    MUSIC WILL HAVE TO BE SHUT DOWN BY 10:00 P.M. due to noise ordinances in the community.

 

Catering: Click on Approved Caterers on the left a for a list of approved catering companies. Only these companies may be used for catering. You would be responsible for the separate contract with a caterer.

 

Alcohol: Currently we allow you to save money and bring your own alcohol or have it delivered (e.g., margarita machine, kegs of beer, assorted liquors, etc.).  You may not have a cash bar . We are not allowed to sell alcoholic beverages on the premises.  

 

Security: A Williamson County Sheriff deputy will be present during any function where alcohol is served.   The cost to you will be an additional $25 per hour.    We will make the arrangements. Payment would be your responsibility the day of the event.


Pavilion Rental: Cost to rent is $100.00 per hour. A $200 refundable Damage Security Deposit must be paid on the date of securing the Pavilion (this amount will be sent back to you within 10 business days after the wedding reception if no damage occurs and all trash is picked up).    Rental parties must pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 1/2 of the rental fees no less than 6 months prior to the event, and pay the balance of the rental fees due on or before 90 days prior to the event.
