By submitting this application, I acknowledge that participating in
outdoor activities, like those organized by the Sun City Hunting & Fishing Club (“Club”) is
dangerous. These dangers include the possibility of property damage, personal illness,
personal injury and/or death.
If I am accepted for membership, I will voluntarily participate in
Club activities at my own risk. I also agree to hold harmless and fully indemnify the Club,
its officers, directors, members and volunteers, from damages for negligence, including legal
expenses. I further agree to participate in keeping all Club activities safe and I recognize
that safety, personal fitness and equipment are my personal responsibility. I intend for this
agreement to be binding on my heirs, executors, legal representatives, assigns or successors in
interest and I understand that these provisions cannot be waived orally.
