Membership
The Country Western Dance Club is available to all Sun City residents for an annual
fee of $12.00.
Instructions for Joining or for Renewing Membership
Print out a blank Membership/Renewal form. Fill out the form and
bring it to the next dance, or mail it with your personal check to the address shown near the
bottom of the form. When filling out the form please print all information clearly,
particularly your e-mail address. We will use the e-mail address to send information about
upcoming events.
