• Only Sun City residents and their guests are permitted to use the Billiard Room
• Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times 

Age Requirements

• Children under 12 years of age are not permitted.
• Children older than 12 years must be accompanied by a resident at all times.

• Food and beverages are prohibited in the billiard room.
• Sitting on the billiard tables is prohibited.
• During play one foot must be on the floor at all time.  

• Erase all the players names and scores from the dry erase board.
• Put all the cue chalk on the shelf located on the wall unit located between the billiard tables
• Brush the table in the direction of each pocket and complete the stroke into the pocket.
• The billiard balls should be placed in the ball tray, and the tray should be placed under the Billiard table
• The table should be covered with the leather cover
