The Creative Clay and China Club is a place where residents can come and explore
their creative interests, make friends, and share their talents. It is our goal to make the studio
a safe and cheerful environment for all to work.
The Studio is open six days a week. Please feel welcome to come by and visit and see
our members glazing a ceramic piece, building a hand made sculpture, creating a china doll, or
painting a china plate. You might also see members pouring ceramic molds or throwing pottery on the
wheel. We have five kilns where these pieces are fired and turned into works of art. Some of these
works can be found for sale in the studio window.
A variety of classes are offered in doll making, china painting, wheel throwing,
hand building, and glazing.
